How to Store Halva?

Halva, with its various types and flavors, also differs in its storage and consumption methods. Tahini halva, whose nutritional value is further enhanced by the addition of ingredients such as cocoa, vanilla, and pistachios, should be stored in a cool, dry place. It should also be protected from sunlight.
 
Halva has a long shelf life, and after opening the package or box, it should be stored in an airtight container. It is recommended to keep it refrigerated, store it in a lidded container, and consume it within a month.
 
Halva exposed to air will soften due to moisture. The soft part can be removed with a spoon and consumed. These naturally produced halvas may become oily due to temperature changes, but this does not mean the halva has spoiled. Oily halva should be stored in the refrigerator.
